Scott Povey’s journey to establishing Fixed Wheel Brewery began with a weekend trip to Belgium. During this trip, he discovered the rich brewing traditions of the country and was inspired by the unique beers he encountered. Povey’s experience in Belgium sparked a passion for brewing, which eventually led him to set up his own micro-brewery.
